International Delivery

OPSM Direct delivers replacement contact lenses to most countries.

Occasionally, depending on the country of import, a modest import duty may be levied. OPSM Direct is unable to predict if or when this may occur. In some countries, you can request an exemption from paying customs duty on the basis that you are importing the lenses for personal use. As a guide, approximately one international order in thirty attracts a customs duty of around 5% of order value. Please advise us if you do experience a customs charge. In most cases we can deduct the customs and handling off your next order.
