Price Matching

OPSM Direct will match any competitor offer, subject to the following conditions:

• The competitor price offer must be advertised and readily viewable by OPSM Direct, and relate to the same quantity and brand of lenses, delivered to your home or work
• The competitor must have at least one optical store in the intended country of delivery (either Australia or New Zealand) and operate a customer help-line during normal business hours.
• This price guarantee applies to product purchased from OPSM Direct, not from OPSM stores
• OPSM Direct is unable to supply customers without a valid contact lens prescription
